All successfully paid and confirmed bag orders will undergo internal verification, product quality inspection and professional packaging within 1 to 6 business days. Processing operations are suspended on all New Zealand weekends and national public holidays, which are excluded from standard processing timelines. During peak shopping seasons or unexpected order volume spikes, standard processing schedules may be slightly prolonged. We will issue timely email notifications to customers for any notable order delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically according to the package weight, dimensional size and delivery destination of each bag order. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation for customer reference.

All orders are delivered via standard shipping service, with a uniform estimated delivery time of 15 business days.

The stated delivery period is only an estimated reference. Actual delivery progress may be affected by various external factors, including logistics carrier operational adjustments, cross-border customs clearance progress, adverse weather conditions, local logistics capacity limitations and statutory holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your bag order is dispatched from our warehouse and picked up by our partnered logistics provider, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email that includes your exclusive order tracking number and tracking query method.

Logistics tracking data requires system synchronization. In most cases, real-time shipment transit information will be updated and accessible for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. If tracking information fails to be updated after this period, you can contact our customer service team for manual inquiry and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, detailed and complete recipient information including shipping address, postal code and valid contact number during order placement. Please verify all information carefully before submitting orders to avoid logistical errors.

IAN THOMAS HOLT assumes no liability for package misdelivery, delivery failure or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid recipient information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to bear additional reshipping fees for secondary delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed missing during cross-border transit, please submit a loss inquiry and claim application to our customer support team within 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. We will cooperate fully with the logistics carrier to check the complete transit record and assist in resolving the loss issue.

Long-distance transportation may cause unavoidable extrusion, surface scratches or packaging damage to bag products. If you receive damaged, deformed or defective items, please retain the original packaging and take clear photographic evidence of the damaged parts within 24 hours after receiving the package. After receiving your evidence, our team will complete verification assessment and provide a reasonable solution in a timely manner.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

Each bag product is equipped with targeted care guidelines based on different materials such as genuine leather, canvas, nylon and synthetic fabric. Customers shall follow the official care instructions for daily use, cleaning and storage of the products. We will not be responsible for product damage, aging, deformation or functional failure caused by unsuitable cleaning methods, private modification, improper storage environment and manual misuse.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

We provide global cross-border shipping services for all bag products. For international orders, the destination country or region may levy import tariffs, customs clearance service fees and other related tax fees in accordance with local trade supervision policies.

All customs and import-related charges are borne independently by the recipient and are not included in the product price and shipping fees paid at checkout. We are not responsible for package detention, clearance failure, forced return or related penalties caused by customers’ non-compliance with local import declaration regulations.
